We are a lawn care and landscaping company located in the St. Louis area. We have been proudly serving this community for the past 12 years. We have intimidate opening for a crew member and crew leader.
Below are the qualities we are looking for and expect from our new team members:
- A great attitude
- Must be able to work at a "fast pace"
- Reliable, always on-time
- Must have there own reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have a valid drivers licenses and clean MVR.
- Class E drivers license or the willingness to get one.
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer
- Willing to learn new tasks
- Concerned with your appearance - we expect cleanliness and professional appearance at all times
- Ability to work outside, sometimes in the extreme heat or cold.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs plus regularly
- Opinions welcome - we want our team members to always suggest ways we can improve our
business
- Polite, respectful, honest - with our customers and team members

- Company shirts and sweatshirts provided
- Some weekend work will be required do to weather and peak season.
- Overtime pay for work in excess of 40 hours a week.
- Paid vacation after 1 year for full time employees.
- We are a drug free workplace
- $150 Sign on bonus after 60 days.
Some job duties:
- Mowing with commercial walk behinds and zero turns
- String trimming
- Blowing
- Maintenance(mulching, weeding, planting, etc.)
- Other landscaping tasks
- Retaining walls
- Leaf removal
- Snow removal/ plowing
