Local home builder has an immediate opening for the following carpenter positions:
1. Experienced, skilled carpenter: Candidates MUST possess at least 3 years experience and working knowledge of framing and trim work.
2. Entry-level carpenter: Candidates should have a working knowledge of carpentry tools and basic understanding of the construction industry with a desire to learn the trade from other skilled carpenters in the field.
Both positions require a strong work ethic. Jobs may require demolition, framing and/or trim work. Specific projects include new homes and major remodels. This is a non-union position. Must have reliable transportation to jobsites and between jobsite locations. Pay is based on experience and skill set. Please reply with your resume and/or job history and experience.
