T.R. Hughes Homes is seeking a Full-Time New Home Construction Laborer who isn't afraid of hard work. This position is Full-Time, Year Round. Benefit package included.

Essential Functions/Basic Duties (Including, but not limited to):
⢠Provide a clean and safe jobsite by picking up scrap building materials, picking up after trades as directed, cleaning up prior to inspections and assisting with final preparations prior to homeowner walk-throughs
⢠Assist in receiving shipments of building supplies at the jobsite
⢠Responsible to report any problems, damage, or oversights to Superintendent
⢠Assist in maintaining exteriors and interiors of display and inventory homes
⢠Install and remove temporary sidewalks as necessary
⢠Make sure trenches, holes, and other safety issues are properly marked
⢠Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Experience with Skidster a plus.
