We are a family owned corn and soybean farm that has been operating for seven generations. This is a small business that is looking for help during busy seasons, especially planting and harvest time. This position will be full-time during some seasons. Be a part of a growing, goal oriented company. We work fast, hard, smart and are looking for motivated professionals. Responsibilities
⢠Able to perform daily service
⢠Operate large farm equipment with GPS/auto-steer
⢠Driving a semi
⢠Duties will vary depending on season
Preferred Requirements
⢠Class A CDL or ability to obtain
⢠Farm experience
⢠Mechanical skills
⢠Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision
⢠Excellent communication
⢠Positive attitude with the ability and willingness to work well with other team members
⢠Work long hours and weekends during busy times
⢠Dependable with a strong work ethic
⢠Neat, conscientious, and take pride in their work
