BluSky Restoration is a full service national restoration contractor that specializes in the Restoration|Renovation|Environmental|Roofing of property damaged by fire, water and storm. We are looking for Restoration Lead and field technicians in our restoration department.
1. First Responder / Customer contact for restoration projects
2. Drying of Commercial and Residential structures
3. Photo document overall condition of structure prior to proceeding with drying
4. Complete property documentation of drying process including
Daily moisture readings
Sketch of affected areas
Photos to document work completed
Tick sheets of all work completed with amounts.
5. Structure cleaning using various techniques
6. Manage and direct crew in an efficient manner
7. Cleaning of equipment and tools
8. Keeping vehicles and warehouse clean and free of debris
9. Demo of wet and smoke damaged building materials
10. Understanding and implementing drying principals
