What to expect: You'll be following up on and nurturing pre-qualified leads (NO cold calls). Setting Buyer Consults, showings, and Listing appointments for a team of agents.
This position is NOT for a current Realtor looking to add extra "getting by" income. This is a position that could transition into full-time or remain part-time, based on individual needs and success. Applicants should only apply if you have STRONG phone skills, persistence, great client management, communication and organization skills.
If you have a track record, in telemarketing or sales and the "gut" that comes with everything that entails, this position could be both rewarding and lucrative. ability to work remote 2 nights a week, plus Saturday mornings, total 10-12 hours to start.
