We serve the federal, state and local law enforcement, DOD, DOJ, Intel Community in addition to fraud, loss prevention, and private investigation.

We are looking for a talented Videographer and Digital Media Specialist to join our growing Brand and Creative Services team.

This person must possess a keen design sense and proven experience conceptualizing and creating using video and graphic applications to share "our stories" so they are interesting and relevant to our audiences. This individual must demonstrate excellent problem solving and creative skills to engage our audiences, create brand consistency, and achieve specific results across various touch points.

Job Duties

-Collaborate with team members to coordinate and create professional high-quality video and visual content that promotes the organization

-Transform ideas into draft and final layouts by employing expertise in design, layout, and production of communication and support materials while adhering to the Company's brand guidelines

-Travel to various locations including construction sites to acquire photo and video footage for editing

-Position requires up to 10% travel, predominantly day trips

-Prepare marketing and promotional materials for web, social media and print

-Design and create motion graphic training videos for internal training and support

-Create marketing electronic newsletter for both internal and external audiences

-Manage video content on digital platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo, as well as the company's internal Digital -

-Maintain electronic archive, print copy archive, and printing specification files

Experience & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Video or Digital Media Production, Graphic Arts or related field preferred

-1-2 years experiences in video production or related field

-Understand all video production phases (preproduction, production, postproduction)

-An exceptional eye for visual composition through photography, video and graphic design

-Proficient with professional video cameras including DSLR or Mirrorless including gimbals, tripods, lavalier mics, and lighting equipment

-Proficient with industry-standard graphic/video applications such as the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, -Illustrator, InDesign; and Premiere Pro CC, and After Effects CC.

-Miscellaneous software experience is a plus including: BrightAuthor, Filemaker Pro, Stuffit, Suitcase Fusion, and Titanium Toast

-Experience with web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus)

-Knowledge of Mac & PC operating system
