Permanent Production Positions / Increased Starting Pay
We are looking for Leaders! Wentzville based 35+ year established manufacturing company of cultured marble products looking for motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time team members to fillÂproduction positions. NOTE:Â You can increase your pay by $2.00 per hour in your first year - based on GOOD attendance and skill mastery for each position responsibility.ÂPositions may include:
Production Set up / Spray Booth Spray gun / Spray painting experience greatly beneficial for this position. Must be able to wear a full face respirator.
Demolder - Remove manufactured product from molds / Ability to read/interpret production schedule / some heavy lifting / fast paced
Finisher-Buffing/Polishing finished product - Buffing / grinding / auto body experience helpful. Attention to detail important.
Responsibilities will vary dependent on position:
Spray molds with gelcoat
Verify information against orders and fill sheets
Mold preparation & Set upÂ
Operate small hand tools (buffer, grinder)
Polish various cultured marble products
Perform all duties according to established SOPs, Efficiency and Safety procedures
Occasional Overtime
Requirements:
Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Dependable & On time Attendance Record
Ability to interpret and support policies, procedures and established standardsÂ
Safety consciousÂTeam Player
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Lift up to 50-75 pounds
Able to bend, squat, and twist 25-50% of day
Standing / Walking 100% of day (7-9 hours a day)
