Ballwin public records research company is looking for a part time data entry specialist with responsibilities including:
Entering new orders (alpha numeric) into the company's web based program
Review, typing and formulating reports based on search results
Scanning, e-mailing, faxing, uploading reports for client submission
Monitoring e-mails, websites, client and vendor status notes
Handling incoming/outgoing phone communication with clients and vendors
Job requirements:
Excellent computer and data entry skills (50+ wpm)
Alpha numeric 10 key
Attention to detail
Professional phone demeanor
Mortgage/Title/Banking experience not necessary but helpful
One position available
Flexible Work hours: 20-25 hours/week
Some second shift availability
Some weekends available
Work from home possible (company option)
