We are in need of 2 experienced salespeople to join our New/Used Volvo Team here at Dean Team Volvo Cars St Louis.
We are part of the family owned Dean Team Group serving the St Louis area for over 40 years, we have a proven culture of success and customer satisfaction.
We are 90 days away from moving into a brand new state of the art facility that will represent Volvo and the Dean Team at a very high standard.
We are looking for self-driven individuals that are dedicated to the client and being part of an incredible team atmosphere. Responsibilities And Qualifications
What are the responsibilities and qualifications for the role?
Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Dean Team selling process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing
Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries
Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
Training will be provided
Great customer service skills
Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, Outlook, CRM, Eleads)
Prior car sales or retail experience a plus
Maintain professional business attire and appearance
Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
