Professional Property Management company currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community.
As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible to perform make ready maintenance on vacant apartments, complete general maintenance work orders for residents and assist with maintaining grounds on property as necessary. If you take pride in a job well done, like being busy with lots of variety in your work day, then this is the perfect job for you!
The ideal candidate will have experience that demonstrates knowledge of general maintenance in the areas of plumbing, electrical, painting, interior and exterior carpentry as well as basic tool knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. HVAC certification a plus.
