We currently have a part time maintenance technician position available at the Shannon Fox Apartments located in Jennings. Schedule is Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 12:00pm. Must be available for on-call rotation and snow removal.
EPA certification is preferred or willing to obtain within your first 90 days of employment. General maintenance, electrical, plumbing skills required. Previous experience in apartment maintenance preferred. Hand tools and valid driver license also required along with reliable transportation with auto insurance.
