Established Appraisal Company looking for Certified or Licensed Appraisers on a fee split basis. We are looking for appraisers who can work on their own and have been licensed for more than 2 years:
Are willing to utilize ACI software
Understand that deadlines have to be met
Are ethical and very detailed oriented
Have own E & O insurance
Not be on any Lender exclusionary lists (blacklists)
If interested, send a resume outlining your experience, a sample appraisal, the areas you cover and the number of appraisals you can handle per week with a 2 to 3 day turn time (after inspection).
Fee split between 45% and 65% depending on experience and complexity and/or location of the appraisal.
This work is available to supplement your current workload and clients.
We are looking for coverage in all areas.
We also have demand for assignments in Pike and Montgomery Counties. (please specify if you are interested in working in Pike/Montgomery)
