In business for over 24 years, Travers Automotive & RV Group is one of the largest networks of independent pre-owned auto & RV dealerships in the Midwest! Travers St. Louis RV has an immediate need of an E-Commerce & Shipping/Receiving Clerk.
Job Responsibility
Pick, pack & ship customers orders with a high level of accuracy, and last check quality control of shipments
Prepare shipments to fulfillment centers
Inspect, label and stock products received from vendors
Process customer returns
Inventory control
Assist retail customers & techs as needed
Maintain vendor ETAs
Perform and cross train other duties as directed by management
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in an accurate and timely manner and escalate when necessary
Job Requirements
Ability to lift to 80 lbs. with assistance on a daily basis
Strong attention to details
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to listen & follow directions
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly motivated and can work independently
Currently have or willing to become forklift certified
Experience
Customer service
Shipping /receiving & auto or RV parts knowledge a huge plus
Must be internet and computer savvy
