We are a small dot com startup based out of Maryland Heights Missouri specializing in custom video game accessories. We go to gaming, pop culture, and anime events all around the country to promote our brand. We are seeking to hire an event manager to oversee our current operation.
Requirements:
- Previous brand ambassador, event staff, or retail manager experience
- 80% Road/20% Office (STL based)
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Clean Driving Record and valid drivers license
- Strong attention to detail
- Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Self motivated and well organized
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of video games and related video game culture
- U.S. Citizenship or permanent Resident
Job Description
- Managing and organization of staff, inventory and product as needed
- Setup and breakdown of displays
- Transport booth from one show to the next via company vehicle
-Talking with customers, demoing products, & selling
- Knowledge of Controller Chaos products
- Point of Sale
- Promotion of Controller Chaos and executing marketing tasks
