The Role:
Customer Service Reps are the Tip of the Spear of our organization and learn our business from the ground up. The core function of this position is interfacing between internal/external customers (Manufacturing Sales Reps, Distributors, Certified Partners) and internal sales and technical support team.
Customer Support:
Receive inbound calls and create tech support cases in Salesforce CRM before passing case to our dedicated technical support team.
Receive inbound calls and create account support cases in Salesforce CRM before passing case to our dedicated account support team.
Sales Support:
Being Go-to person for inside sales support always available and dependable
Creating Sales Quotes in Salesforce CRM for customers
Daily updates to open opportunities in Salesforce CRM with follow-up to Distributors, Certified Partners, and Outside Sales Reps for follow-up on outstanding opportunities
Providing literature and documentation as needed for extensive network outside sales reps
Working with Regional Sales Manager to coordinate meetings, reports and incentive programs
Salary/Benefits
