The primary responsibilities of this role will include prospecting for new customers, enriching contact data for contacts & leads with third-party databases and using the provided resources and technology to assist the Sales Development Team. You will be responding to customer chats and phone calls answering questions about our program and qualifying them.
Leverage LinkedIn, Salesforce, Close.io and other third-party tools (DiscoverOrg, Lusha, etc.) to append contact data on key leads.
Learn about McAfee Institute’s certifications and training offerings, research major target accounts & prospects, and contribute to the lead generation process.
Qualifications
University Graduate with a proven record of academic success
Demonstrated leadership skills via extra-curricular activities (e.g. sports, school projects)
Has an aptitude for research and discovery Extremely detailed, project, and results-oriented
Previous Internship in Marketing or Sales
Has an aptitude and interest in dealing with large amounts of data
Extremely detailed, project, and results-oriented
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and writing skills
A proven interest in technology
