The Century Group is seeking a full time leasing agent/property manager for The Autumn Ridge Apartments in the Fenton.
Must have:
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Basic office skills, typing, filing, etc
Must be well organized and good at following up on details
At least 2 years experience in sales or leasing is required.
The primary duties of this job are:
Showing/leasing apartments
Lease signings
Customer service
Tenant retention
Coordinating make readies
Documenting and coordinating service calls
Collections
Ordering supplies
Generally overseeing and managing the property
And general office work, typing letters & leases, keeping up with tenant files, etc.
This is a one person office hours are M-F 9-6.
We manage a second, smaller property from this office, the manager is responsible for both properties. The other property is located just a few miles away so there is some driving between the two properties.
The pay is salary plus commission, $30k-$36k.
