One Life America is seeking a talented individual interested in taking on the role of a Regional Market Advisor. This role involves meeting and building rapport with our client base, establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and increasing company sales and growth.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepare proposals & quotes for clients within company standard guidelines
Team with other advisors to increase sales and promote a healthy and supportive work environment
Train through the One Life America interactive University to be well versed and knowledgeable of all aspects of our product line from health care plan and Medicare products to life insurance and annuities
Develop new and maintain existing account relationships in an ethical and profitable manner
Follow up on company-supplied leads in a timely manner
Maintain a prospect-customer data base with a concise follow through method for future sales
Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms
Attend trainings and meetings as required by the agency
Keep current and educated on existing products and carriers as well as incorporating new products when introduced
Provide assistance to other company sales professionals as needed
Requirements
College education or proven sales experience and success in sales
Ability to identify customer needs and match with the appropriate product and carrier
Computer literacy with proficiency in Word and Excel with the ability to place most business through e applications
Availability to travel approximately 7 days monthly to meet with new clients as well as maintain current client base
Life and Health License (after hire)
