We are looking for a phone sales reps, who is looking to take advantage of the new way lending is evolving into.

Base/Bonus/Commission- 95k-118k- All leads support- Our firm is funding.

This company handles business consulting nationwide. We provide commercial loans for small to medium sized businesses. The ideal person for this position is mature, can work independently and is looking for professional growth opportunities.

Job Description: We are looking to build a sales team with energetic, professional and motivated individuals looking for a great place to find a real opportunity. As a new team member, you will start out handling our current client lead database through follow up calls, emails and will also be calling out on targeted data lists with some warm lead calling. Previous experience in business loans or commercial lending is a plus. Having knowledge with SBA loans, equipment leasing, mortgages, home loans, MCA or Merchant Cash Advance is required. This opportunity is for those motivated individuals wanting a sales role with uncapped commission working from home.

Lead Generator Duties:

Outbound Calls, 150 calls/day

Current client follow up

Lead generation

Servicing new accounts

Maintaining relationships

Email marketing

Manage Pipeline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Auto Dialer Experience/CRM

-Lead Conversion

-2+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent written and oral communication.

-Basic computer skills including; typing proficiency, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, ability to manage multiple browser tabs at a given time, navigating Windows 10.

-Prior utilization and understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

-Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline at various stages of sales process and development.

-Ability to meet required performance metrics and manage time effectively with little to no supervision.

-Coachable and can follow a proven process
