Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/perform appropriate repairs
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
Complete multi-point inspection reports
Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or safety items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to Service Advisor or Manager
Use a computer to communicate with factory
Notify Service Advisor if work cannot be completed as promised
Attend and successfully complete factory training as required
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience as auto technician
Chrysler certified training preferred
Have knowledge in all areas of automotive repair and maintenance
Must have own tools
Be able to use a computer to utilize factory software
Have a valid driver license
