Local growing St. Louis area property management company is looking for a maintenance technician to handle day-to-day maintenance in occupied properties along with repairs associated with the turnover of properties:
Specific Skills:
-Plumbing repairs and installations
-Electrical repairs and fixture replacement
-Minor HVAC repairs
-Light carpentry
-General maintenance
General Requirements:
-Valid Driver’s license and reliable and insured transportation (preferably a truck or van)
-Required tools for work listed above
-Clean background check
-Ability to keep neat and accurate records of time and material
-Ability to utilize technology (tablets used to track work orders and time)
-Ability to understand and follow directions
-Ability to keep a neat and safe workplace
