DescriptionRobert Half is partnering with a boutique financial institution who is hiring a Mortgage Loan Closer. The primary function of this position is to close 1st mortgage loans, selling the closed loans to Fannie Mae or Correspondent lenders, funding, QC and Audit and post closing duties. Ellie Mae Encompass experience is preferred but not required. Some mortgage processing experience is also preferred but not required.Primary Responsibilities Are: Pre-Closing, Closing and Post Closing of Conventional, FHA and VA 1st mortgage loans. Onboarding Conventional serviced loans to our sub-servicer. Working with Accounting to fund all 1st mortgage loans. Quality Control and working with both internal and external auditors.
