Job Description

Directs and coordinates the Marketing Department to obtain the best results from booking tours.

DUTIES

  • Manager will oversee Branson Woods Locations
  • Work with Director of Marketing on addition of new marketing locations.
  • Recruit and assist in hiring all marketing coordinators.
  • Responsible for training new and existing marketing coordinators to produce and achieve overall tour flow.
  • Coach and council marketing coordinators on achieving minimum performance standards. Provide and critique areas of improvement needed.
  • Ensure all locations are staffed according to director schedule.
  • Ensure weekly schedule is posted for all reps.
  • All coordinators are to follow new policy procedures and must sign off on them.
  • Train all marketing coordinators to qualify tours properly.
  • Must work both AM and PM shifts to cover locations and relieve director of any days off.
  • Must ensure all marketing coordinators follow dress code as stated in policy procedures.
  • Assist director in any performance write up coaching forms.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
