Our ideal candidates will have previously worked in multi-family and performed a variety of general maintenance. Experience with appliances, facilities, and grounds keeping are musts. Your role will include providing excellent customer service, as well.
Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
Able to troubleshoot/repair minor electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc.
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
Assist with inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed.
Performs on-call and after-hours emergency services as required.
Maintenance Technicians Requirements:
Reliable transportation
The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
Prior experience in any of the following: Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Hotel Maintenance
