Accounting Coordinator

Wholesale Remarketing is a family owned and operated car dealership and mechanic shop that is dedicated to providing great quality and service to the Billings area.
What are we looking for?
We're looking to add an Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator to our team in the Billings office.
'Day in the life':
Entering Accounts Payable and Receivables into QuickBooks Online
Paying invoices to Auction companies and other entities where vehicles are purchased
Coordinating financials for 3 separate departments within Wholesale Remarketing
Managing employee timekeeping system for accuracy
What do we require?
Previous experience with QuickBooks software
Organization - this is a fast paced environment where inventory moves quickly
Attention to detail - ensure information is entered into QuickBooks and inventory management system accurately
Pay: $15-18/hour depending on experience
This is a full time position with a Monday through Friday schedule in Billings, MT
