Job Summary:
Cadius Partners Limited is in search of Accounting Clerk who will also handle and/or direct general front office tasks. Cadius Partners Limited is an established and growing real estate development and construction company with various other divisions that operates in Bozeman Montana. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts payable, payroll, vendor data, and various other bookkeeping and general office tasks. This position reports directly to the Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy work place.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all accounting operations including:
Accounts Payable
Vendor and Subcontractor Data
Multiple Bank Account reconciliations
Reconcile Monthly Credit Card Statements
Ensure proper coding of invoices
Timely input of invoices
Prepare annual 1099s
Tracking and filing of lien waivers
Vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancies
Additional duties as necessary
General Front office:
Answering phone call
Scanning documents
Filing
Schedule organization
General Requirements:
Must be detail oriented
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Self-motivated, detail oriented, and strong team player
General Microsoft Office proficiency
Previous experience with accounting for construction industry preferred
QuickBooks Enterprise 2+ years experience
Microsoft Excel 2+ years experience
Candidates will be required to submit to a Credit and Criminal Background Check. Paid vacation and 401K program.
