Noreen Firearms is looking for an Accounts Receivable Person - Full Time
We are looking for a new team member to handle our accounts receivable department. This position is in charge of packaging product, shipping and recording accounting transactions for our website and in-house sales with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and resourcefulness are a must. Experience with QuickBooks and accounting knowledge are required. You will be using up to 10 different software programs ranging from email, shipping, and credit card processing programs to industry specific and accounting software. This position must follow Government rules and regulations, so errors will not be tolerated. Working hours are M-F 8:30-5:30. Hours per week are 30-40 and pay is $15-$20/hr D.O.E.
Duties Include:
Greet walk-in customers Enter sales transactions
Answer phones Verify sales amounts
Ship all website orders Run credit card transactions
Record website sales in accounting software Email customers and vendors
Contact customers to get current licenses and documents Verify inventory counts
Complete Government required processes and documents Package parts for sale
Cleaning Prepare shipments and generate Purchase Orders
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues Filing
Maintain database of licenses and permits
Qualifications:
QuickBooks Experience Customer Service
Accounting knowledge Critical thinking

Confident Organization
Communication Skills - written, verbal & nonverbal Time management
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
