Ensure the safety and well-being of each student by responding to their emotional, social and physical needs as well as their education needs
Follow Montana Licensing Policies
Establish a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care and friendly service
At drop off and pick up speak with parents about their child (how was their morning, this is how their day went, etc.)
Assist students and parents at drop-off and pick-up
Assist students with daily life skills (diapering, restrooms, hand washing, recess/outdoor activities, eating)
Engage students in activities and play that stimulates their development
Appropriately supervise students while keeping them safe at all times
Create and maintain an environment that is clean, organized, and safe for all students
Make sure all toys are clean and safe for students to use
Document behavior /incidence if needed
Maintain a professional self-image
