If so, we would like to talk to you! You must enjoy children, be a hard worker with a great attitude, and enjoy playing outside with children in all weather. Elevate Montessori is looking for teacher's assistants. We are a young school that is growing into a bigger space!
Daily Responsibilities:
Enjoy being with young children.
Observe and guide during the work period.
Maintain a clean, orderly environment.
Model kindness, calmness, and consistency.
Participate in team meetings.
Embrace the Montessori Method!
Requirements & Availability:
Must be reliable, timely, and diligent.
We do not offer traditional childcare, so childcare experience is not required.
Montessori experience or interest is a plus! If you don't know about Montessori that's okay! We will teach you!
Childcare experience is not necessary.
Compensation
Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience. Position is full-time.
