LTS Architecture is looking for two individuals to immediately fulfill our needs for two full time Architect in Training or Drafter positions. A good Architect in Training applicant is currently enrolled in the IDP, has a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school, can lift 44 lbs, has experience with Excel and preferably has construction experience. A good Drafter applicant has some experience with AutoCAD, can lift 44 lbs, has experience with Excel and preferably has construction experience. We are a boutique architecture firm specializing in high end residential structures and light commercial buildings. Our office is in the Old Lincoln School in Livingston, MT on the corner of B and Lewis, room 102.
Job Description:
- Working with other team members to create Construction Documents
- Entering project related information into Excel and Word
- Measuring buildings to create "As-built" drawings
- Drafting Construction Documents
- Drawing 3D renderings
- Visiting construction sites to coordinate with contractors
Requirements
- Must be a good person with exceptional character
- Friendly with a positive attitude
- Very detail oriented
- Willing to learn our drafting format
- Organizational skills
- Experience with AutoCAD is required
Compensation: We are offering $28. We offer a Health Insurance Stipend (which is part of the $28), and Vacation/Sick Leave/Retirement Match/Bonuses after 1 year.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday - no less than 40 hours per week.
