Seeking: Full time chef for the winter season and beyond. Private chef service and catering business around the Gallatin Valley, especially Big Sky in the winter.
Responsibilities include:
- Detailed food preparation with a range of techniques
- Fast paced dinner services from appetizer parties to tasting menus
- Maintaining a clean kitchen environment at all times
- Customer service during events
- Willing and able to learn new cooking techniques and practices
- Uphold a high standard of cleanliness at our location and any client locations visited for events
- ServSafe a plus but not required. Will pay for new certification or renewal.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs with regular frequency.
Kitchen experience required. Qualified candidates will be considered for premium compensation. Regular gratuity included for events. Please email resume to Austin to initiate interview process.
