Full-Time Tuesday - Saturday 11a - 7p
Purpose:
Purchase product for assigned areas, which may include packaged grocery, refrigerated/frozen, bulk, wellness and/or mercantile. Receive deliveries, reconcile invoices, and stock product. Utilize sales data and promotion information to place orders, limiting out-of-stocks and overstock errors. Ensure accurate on-hand counts and efficient ordering systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or purchasing that demonstrates the ability and aptitude to successfully meet expectations listed above.
- Good decision making, prioritization, and organization skills and strong attention to detail.
- General computer literacy; experience with MS Word, Excel; internet and email.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; early morning, daytime, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. throughout shift, occasionally 50 lbs.; ability to stand for long periods and to bend and twist repeatedly; ability to lift product overhead and/or to climb ladders with product.
