Hey there!
I am Victoria, I own a small cleaning business and am looking to expand. I am willing to pay the right person up to $25 an hour after they have worked for me for a long time, and I know they can do everything I do now.
My end goal is to pretty much give you my cleaning company but take a small fee off the top for running and managing it. So all you have to do is show up and clean houses.
I am looking for someone who has these qualities:
Responsible, hardworking, punctual, no criminal record, cleaning experience preferred ( not mandatory), RELIABLE, and the ability to commit long term.
This is a physically demanding job. I prefer someone clean cut and minimal tattoos and piercings.
I need someone that plans on doing this for a long time so that I can train them in and start handing over all the jobs to them.
I can't express how much of an amazing opportunity this could be for the right person. I have worked very hard to get where I am at and I want to give this to you. I am busy with a different business right now and need to find someone who wants to take over my cleaning business.
Here is how it will work:
In the beginning, you will be working on cleaning houses with me until you are comfortable doing them on your own( This will be the paid training and I will pay you $15 an hour, this phase will last about a month). Once you start doing the houses on your own your pay will go up to $18 an hour and you will have double the hours as I won't be there to help. When there are two people 8 hours of work = 4 hours, so when I leave a job that we did together that took 4 hours, that same job will now take you 8 hours to do on your own.
To begin I can provide at least one full day of work a week( 8 hours). This will quickly increase to two days a week, and then three days a week. Eventually, if you want you can work five days a week(this is if you want, but we can keep you at two days a week), but at least two days a week will be required.
