We have full time hours and lots of them. Cook - Prepares food ordered by guest from ticket, may operate fryer, grill, broiler, saute' station, or may make salads. Sets up line, breaks down line, cleans kitchen, mops floors. Must be able to read and follow recipes, must be able to do basic math, and must be able to work as a team, with pace and intensity.
