Bozeman Inn has an immediate opening for a part time front desk clerk. This position is 16 hours per week and the schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 7AM-3PM. This job consists of checking guests in and out, making and processing reservations, receiving cash and credit card payments, assisting guests, performing light cleaning of public areas, answering phones, updating rates and online inventory of travel sites, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Applicants must be capable of multitasking, handling an office with a lot of traffic, thinking critically, and working independently without constant supervision and guidance.
