Bozeman Inn is looking to hire a Night Auditor. The schedule for this position is 24 hours a week: Thursday through Saturday from 11PM-7AM. No experience is required. We are willing to train, but any front office/customer service/hotel experience definitely helps. MSU students are welcome to apply!
Pay for this position will be discussed.
The applicant must be good working with a very diverse guest population. This job will require any applicant be able to efficiently multi-task and accurately do basic math.
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to: balancing the day by accurately completing the night audit, checking guests in and out, using a basic kkkmkn,,hotel reservation software to make and process reservations, updating online booking sites' inventories, receiving cash and credit card payments, answering a multi line phone system and transferring calls as needed, resolving any guest complaints, light cleaning of the office and public areas, shoveling snow, and completing any other tasks as they arise.
