The Squire House is seeking to add one more cook to our team.
We serve upscale tavern food with French, Southern and Italian influences. We partner with local farms and bakeries for most items on our menu. We have a rotating menu, and all recipes are devised in house within our team.
Experience with Saute, Sous Vide, Charbroil Grilling, Flat-Top Grilling, Banquet Preparation, and decent knife skills are quite beneficial, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
We operate at a high level of expectation, and a good attitude is a requirement.
We offer excellent and competitive wages, shift meals, discounts when not on shift, and an easily adjustable schedule.
We serve lunch from Noon - 4pm, and then dinner service until 10pm. On Saturday and Sunday, we open for brunch at 10am.
