Searching for a reliable individual to join our family owned construction company within the Gallatin Valley who is willing and able to commit to this company long term. You will be working alongside the owner, who will be investing time and training you to do high quality framing, siding, and interior carpentry of custom and spec homes.

Experience is preferred, but not required – a willingness to learn and work hard is mandatory. You can expect 40+ hours a week, consistent work through the winter. Pay will start at $12-$18/hour, depending on experience. Would be willing to talk about a salary for experienced candidates. We require a background check and drug test.

DUTIES:
- Operating tools (saws, drills, nailers, etc.)
- Measuring and cutting precisely to the 1/16”
- Working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Operating forklifts
- Maintaining a clean, professional jobsite
- Lifting 80+ pounds
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
- Strong team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Communication skills
- Punctuality
- Willingness to accept and execute detailed directions
