Blanchford Landscape Group is currently looking for experienced Field Project Managers with a background in hardscape installation. This position helps manage and builds excellent outdoor living projects in the greater Gallatin area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Implements design/build projects on time and on budget.
2. Creates and communicates project schedule and schedule changes with Manager, Team, Clients and Subcontractors, using Google calendar and/or LMN scheduling. Maintain up to date project schedule, tracking major milestones and vendor/subcontractor schedules.
3. Communicates to clients, management, designers and other team members via email, text, phone and Slack on all project progress, issues, changes and decisions. Provides weekly written progress reports to clients, designers and managers.
4. Provides accurate and detailed daily reports through LMN on hours worked, materials delivered, materials installed, subcontractor progress, extra work and all relevant events on the site. Uses the LMN 4 at 4 app to communicate progress, needs and goals.
5. Review and estimate jobs with Design/Sales prior to final proposal to insure successful project installations.
6. Develops and maintains quality relationships with team, resolving disputes and handling disciplinary actions in a timely manner, following procedures as outlined in the employee manual.
7. Trains crew in the field and during specific training events. Use daily just-in-time training to review standard operating procedures and best practices for that day's work.
8. Provides regular candid, constructive feedback and coaching to team members, solving performance issues and rewarding excellence. Conducts regularly scheduled reviews. Helps team members achieve excellence.
