We are currently seeking patient, focused, detail-oriented candidates to join our Community Management team.

Position Summary

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a client base in tandem with our account management, analytics and creative teams. This includes real-time monitoring of social platforms, spearheading outreach efforts, fine-tuning strategy to maximize engagement, and scheduling outgoing content across multiple platforms.

Applicants must be highly organized, flexible, innovative and adept at multi-tasking. Writing skills and an eye for proper grammar are essential. Our work is fun, but it is high-volume and rooted in minutiae. Aspiring Community Managers should thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, ever-changing environment, and be able to keep track of loose ends in the process. ƒ

Detailed Daily Responsibilities Include:

Reply to all customer service inquiries on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram in real-time

Create and manage all Twitter lists, including influencers, partners, etc.

Interact with fan base to encourage further content engagement once posted

Conduct Instagram outreach

Reputation monitoring: respond appropriately to client reviews on Yelp, Google Plus and TripAdvisor

Provide training, support and projects to interns as needed

Beyond day-to-day tasks, as a member of the Project Bionic team you will be invited to participate in every level of our process: marketing brainstorms, campaign development and innovation on behalf of each client.
