Description:
Autopilot, Inc., a leading product design and manufacturing company, is seeking a second shift CNC operator to contribute to our growing company. Flexible hours, a fun work environment, competitive pay and potential for additional benefits are available.
Duties:
Work with engineers, machinists and management to exchange technical information and review drawings to machine, assemble and modify precision parts using CNC mills and lathes.
Skills:
Must have strong analytical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity
Strong interpersonal skills required to achieve cooperation and reach agreement with internal and external customers and suppliers
Ability to prioritize, schedule and execute a high volume of prototype, short-run and program manufacturing jobs
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
2-year degree in machining, manufacturing or engineering highly preferred
Previous experience in CNC setup and operation highly preferred
