Duties of the front desk position include greeting patients, answering phones, verifying health insurance benefits, data entry, building paper charts, checking patients out, collecting payment and/or copay. Applicant should be able to work at a fast pace in a multi-task setting. Must be proficient using computers, keyboards, and 10-key adding machines. Customer service skills required. Medical experience preferred but not required; the right applicant will be trained. Part-time (25 hours per week) to start with a fixed schedule (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with potential for additional hours and/or training for additional tasks. Fun, relaxed atmosphere.
