Position Summary:
The Prospera Business Network Office Manager provides office operations and communications support for the promotion and delivery of all Prospera programs and services including business development grants, loan funds, professional trainings, program events, and other functions. This position will serve as the initial point-of-contact and customer service representative for Prospera responsible for office operations, professional phone and email correspondence, and helpful client / member relations supporting all Prospera staff, events and operations.
