Proper Insurance® is a Coverholder at Lloyd's of London, and administers a niche insurance policy for short-term vacation rentals; properties found on websites like Airbnb & Vrbo. We need another Sales/Office Assistant .
Proper is a growing company as there are 2,000,000 vacations rentals in the U.S. and we insure clients in all 50 states, right here in Bozeman.
Job Description:
-Help cover for sales reps when they are out of the office. This means you must learn the entire sales process.
-Help Develop leads in targeted areas by making outbound phone calls.
-Help with busy work which includes data entry.
-Be an assistant to management in every way, from small tasks, to large projects.
Benefits:
-Starting base salary of $36,000/year with room for advancement.

Skills Needed:
-Be organized.
-Be proficient on a computer.
-Not be afraid of the telephone.
-Have a good sense of humor.
-Can learn and retain information quickly.
-College degree preferred.
