Montana Gift Corral is currently seeking a Floating Assistant Manager for our Bozeman and Belgrade area locations. Excellent opportunity for advancement. This position assists and supports the store managers and sales associates in all aspects of daily operations. They will exemplify exquisite customer service and salesmanship. Develop Associates at Montana Gift Corral through our servant leadership model. Successful candidates will set a gold standard in behavior based on our handbook and our company purpose to serve others.
The Assistant Managers work at all of our Bozeman & Belgrade locations including Downtown Bozeman, Gallatin Valley Mall within Walmart and Bozeman Yellowstone Airport. Scope of hours is 3:30 am- midnight. Flexible scheduling. Managers typically have two consecutive days off. Sales and management experience is valued but we are willing to train the right person.
Examples of daily tasks include customer service and sales, special orders, quoting shipping, cashier, training and coaching Associates, cleaning, merchandising and display, gift wrapping, re-stocking, replenishing and ordering supplies, creating custom gift baskets, welcoming customers, team building.
