Local dispensary looking for sales floor personnel, who is excited about working in the cannabis industry!
About 30 hours per week.
Starting at $13/hr - $17/hr DOE, with regular reviews you can expect raises
Weekly staff meeting attendance.
Communicating to the manager when products are getting low.
Must have an active patients card with the state of Montana.
Will need to become familiar with the states compliance websites, Metrc and Complia.
Will need to become familiar with our Point-of-Sale and Customer Relationship Management applications.
Will need to maintain cleanliness of storefront, display cases, and products.
Will need to work quickly and efficiently when several customers are in the store.
Must become familiar with all of our products, you will be tested.
Must become familiar with the State laws.
Will be part of creating some social media for the storefront.
Must be familiar with Google (Drive, gmail, calendar).
Will be prepacking products.
Bubbly personality is a must!
Getting to know patients when theyre in the store.
Calling patients/receiving phone calls. Some experience with CRM and graphic design preferred!
