ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Reservation Sales Agent with Under Canvas, you are often the first point of contact for our guests. We count on you to create an appealing visual for our Camps so much so that our guests cant resist. Your sales expertise will help us deliver the best possible introduction to our guests as they begin their journey with Under Canvas. It is our mission to assist our guests in creating a memorable, legendary experience!
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
ï· Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
ï· Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate lodging needs
ï· Verify availability of room type and rate
ï· Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers
ï· Up-sell upgraded accommodations and activities
ï· Answer questions about property facilities/services and accommodations
ï· Follow sales techniques to maximize the guests experience
ï· Selling the Under Canvas Vision
REQUIRED SKILLS:
ï· Excellent customer service skills
ï· Excellent interpersonal skills
ï· Excellent telephone & computer skills
ï· Outstanding attention to detail
ï· Hard-working, eager, flexible, enthusiastic and willing to accept new challenges.
ï· Must be able to work nights and weekends
ï· Extremely organized and self-motivated a strong multi-tasker.

This position is for nights and weekends. Full & Part-time positions available. Our office location is in Belgrade, MT. Only those in the surrounding areas will be considered.
Under Canvas began in 2009 with the opening of an all-inclusive glamping adventure package and has since grown to include eight luxury glamping resorts and a customized events offering, bringing the glamping experience to life anywhere in the country. And we continue to grow and reach our goal of 40 glampsites by 2023.

The Reservations/ Sales Team is often the first point of contact for Under Canvas Guests. We assist the guest in booking nightly stays and adventures while doing "discovery" about the guest in order to set the camp and guests up for success. We assist all inbound callers with all aspects of their Under Canvas stay, answering questions, assisting with billing questions after their stay, providing assistance with customer service and guest stay issues and cancellations at our properties.
