Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Senior Leadership Team, the Project Manager will oversee their assigned job sites while directly communicating with the Senior Leadership Team. They will organize, manage and plan the complex projects for each job site. They will be responsible for quick communication with the General Contractor, as well as analysis and solution of any issues that arise. Independent judgment based on current production best practices, being a self-starter, approachable and a good listener are required for this position.
Some of Responsibilities tasks and duties:
Oversee production on job sites
Lead interdepartmental team meetings to ensure on track to project completion by given deadlines
Create plan for tasks involved in project completion
Conduct cost analysis for jobs, estimating detailed cost projections
Create and implement risk assessment reports for all managers and team members
Ensure compliance for state, federal and local standards
This position is frequently active on the job site
Be organized, able to use computer, smart phone
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee internal employees and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality
Communicate with the onsite team to schedule and plan accordingly
Delegate work and assignments to CMS employees and CMS subcontractors

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Roofing Industry
Cold Roof Framing desirable / Roof framing
Project Manager Certifications are desirable
Schedule:
Monday to Friday – some weekends
$25-35 per hour DOE
