Customer Service Colleague (Representative)

Essential Functions & Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email and phone channels
Earn the trust of customers
Handle stressful calls and issues with a calm and reassuring demeanor and attitude
Educate customers on product for optimal understanding and ease of use & accessibility
Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own
Special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Dependable, reliable and trustworthy
Friendly and professional - explain and educate customers in a helpful way
Interest in learning - become the subject matter expert people rely on
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle confidential information
Detail Oriented - Accurately process and record information ensuring data integrity
Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time

FCR Hiring Minimum Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
